On the other hand, the thermoplastic is a high-quality, lightweight material that is heat resistant, and shatter resistant. The toughness and durability of thermoplastic parallels closely to the benefits of natural hard rubber. At the same time, it is much easier and cheaper to produce it industrially. That is why most of the not very expensive combs are made of this material.
